For the past 30 years, Brewer Science has been making spin-on materials (ARC, DUV®, OptiStack ®, ProTEK®, etc.) for the semiconductor industry, with applications in both MEMS fabrication and lithography.

In 2005 Brewer Science diversified into temporary bonding materials for 3D integration, performing extensive R&D in this area both on its own and through a joint lab set up with Leti in 2010. And the company’s hard work has paid off; the new products are already on the market.
At the joint lab with Leti, scientists and engineers work to develop new materials along with the processes that will enable these materials to be used on an industrial scale. The goal is to rapidly respond to new customer needs and user specifications, in line with Brewer’s roadmap.
Brewer Science, which employs 300 people, moved its French technical sales team to MINATEC in order to better serve its customers. The company already supplies many leading semiconductor manufacturers around the world. Brewer’s other European sites can be found in Germany, Belgium, and the UK.
