MINATEC Meeting Center brings together on two floors around a dozen structures dedicated to technology transfer. These activities employ a total of 150 people. Most of these organizations operate within France or internationally, providing the center with high-level services:
- Observatory for Micro and Nanotechnologies (OMNT): intelligence on nanotechnology research
- CEA Development Division: scientific and business intelligence, market research, patent filing, agreements, spinoffs
- CEA Technologies Conseil: technology consulting
- INPG Entreprises: consulting and financing for start-ups
- CEA Investissement: financing for start-ups
- Avenium: Licensing and technology-transfer consulting
- SEMI Europe: global industry association serving the manufacturing supply chain for the micro- and nano-electronics industries
- ARDI/numérique: innovation development agency
- Minalogic: global competitive cluster specializing in Embedded Systems on Chip (EmSoC)
MINATEC also works closely with a network of local partners to identify opportunities for start-ups and help them grow. These include business incubator Grain 2, PETALE for the post-incubation phase, and EMERTEC for investment.
AEPI is tasked with all aspects of promoting Grenoble-Isère, to facilitate the location of new business here.
