PX’Therapeutics products are used by pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and university labs for a wide range of applications, including the treatment of infectious diseases, cancer, and allergies in both humans and animals. The company is leading a new trend toward the use of biotechnology to develop biotherapeutic proteins, a field that has traditionally not garnered as much interest from researchers, who have tended to focus on the main chemical families.

PX’Therapeutics generated €4 million of revenue in 2010—half of which came from outside France—and has 60 employees. It has two core businesses:
 - The development of new products under R&D contracts
 -  The production of proteins and antibodies for clinical batches and niche markets.

In 2010 Promise Advanced Proteomics, a PX’Therapeutics subsidiary, set up a new protein quantification business using PSAQTM proprietary technology.
PX’Therapeutics currently has over 600 projects underway for 160 different customers.
