Following a week of intensive campaigning across Grenoble Institute of Technology-Phelma’s three campuses, the student body elected its new representatives. And, like in 2011, the student body’s new president is a woman: Carole Le Goc. The elections are one of the highlights of Phelma’s academic year, with numerous events—both on and off campus—throughout the campaign. The candidates pulled out all the stops this year, with campaign websites, parties, daily breakfast meetings, home delivery of student-cooked meals, sporting events, and other fun activities.
The newly-elected student representatives plan to broaden the range of recreational activities available at the school, with a particular focus on sports and outdoor activities.
