New book release: the state of the art in nanocomponents
CNRS Research Director (IMEP-LAHC, Grenoble Institute of Technology-MINATEC) and Director of the SINANO Institute (an association of eighteen laboratories and research centers across Europe specializing in the electronic components of the future) Francis Balestra is editing a new book that will be published next fall.
Entitled Innovating Materials, Modelling and Characterization for Nanoscale CMOS, the book gives an overview of the state of the art of the most promising materials and nanocomponents for the next two decades. The book will include chapters by some 50 world-renowned authors and will address new materials for ultimate CMOS technologies, advanced modelling and digital simulation techniques for nano-MOSFET, beyond-CMOS systems, and nanocharacterization methods.
