Hotel registration

For hotel reservation, we strongly recommend that people reserve well in advance their hotels to avoid the rush in the spring season. Grenoble has many lodging opportunities. You may find some hotels available in a walking distance from the MINATEC conference center or you may also prefer hotels located close to tramway line B, that are around the railway station or in the downtown and old city centre. With high frequency, Tramway Line B provides access to the Conference center from downtown in 10mn.

For the ASYNC-NOCS 2010 conference, we have reserved for our guests some rooms at a special rate. Please be aware that the proposed hotel reservations are only guaranteed until a certain date. After the indicated date, price and availability cannot be guaranteed.

We propose the following hotels and prices:

• HiPark hotel. This is a brand new 4 star hotel, with all the modern facilities, in a 10mn walking distance from the conference center. We have reserved rooms with “standard” rooms at 69 Euros and “suites” rooms at 85 Euros. Breakfast is 12 Euros.

• Europole. This is a classical 3 star hotel, including all the facilities, in a 7mn walking distance from the conference center. We have reserved rooms at 96 Euros, including breakfast.

• Suisse et Bordeaux. This is low cost 2 star hotel, close to the railway station, in a 15mn walking distance from the conference center, but closer to the downtown. We have reserved rooms at 55 Euros, including breakfast.

• Park Hotel. This is classical 4 star hotel, located close to the Mistral park in Grenoble down town, it is within 15mn from the conference center, using public transportation. We have reserved rooms, at 120 Euros, including breakfast.

Prices in hotels in general include breakfast. A per night tourist tax can be added.
