Our event spaces
The Maison MINATEC congress center is home to several event spaces that can be set up to meet a wide range of needs and to provide you with the best possible work environment and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere:
- a 400-seat auditorium
- 5 conference rooms with a total capacity of up to 134 people
- reception and exhibition halls that can be combined to total up to 1,000 sq. m and offer a capacity of up to 1,000 people.
During your event you are free to enjoy our outdoor spaces, which can also be set up for the needs of your event.
All of these spaces are modular and offer the same advantages:
- Natural light
- Wi-Fi access
- Audio and video equipment (PCs, video projectors, screens, microphones)
- Wheelchair access
We can provide you with approved vendors to bring you a comprehensive range of events services:
- Exhibit booth design/build, furniture rentals, poster displays, interactive touch-screen kiosks
– Inside each event space on flat-screen displays
– Outdoors on a banner and A0 (841mm x 1189 mm/33.1 in. X 46.8 in.) signs to make your event stand out
- Setup of additional audio and video equipment (screens, tabletop microphones, videoconferencing, etc.)
- Digital solution, for hybrid or totaly virtual event.
