Leti and GlobalFoundries pave the way for 22 nm FD-SOI

The agreement signed by Leti and GlobalFoundries, the world’s second-largest foundry, in 2015 is now in the implementation phase. The agreement is for 22 nm FD-SOI, a high-potential technology for IoT applications due to its excellent balance between performance, cost, and miniaturization. Exagan to set up manufacturing base in Grenoble

Partnership: MINATEC goes to Argentina
